    Sonetronics, Inc. was founded on the basis of engineering ingenuity and uncompromised quality. Since its establishment in 1961, Sonetronics, Inc. has remained an industry leader through its commitment to up-to-date standards of excellence in the development of military telecommunications equipment. In fact, industry leading eletroacoustic test software SoundCheck® by Listen, Inc was invented at Sonetronics, Inc.

    Sonetronics, Inc. consists of three separate facilities located within a seven-mile radius in Monmouth County, New Jersey. The close proximity of the three facilities allows the company to perform its daily business and manufacturing operations with a high degree of uniformity and efficiency.

    Corporate Headquarters and the main manufacturing facility are located in West Belmar, NJ. This 21,000 square foot facility houses the company’s Transducer Manufacturing Division, Quality Control Department, Research and Development Lab, and all administrative functions.

    Sonetronics, Inc. maintains a separate 14,000 square foot facility located in Farmingdale, NJ.

    Sonetronics, Inc. also maintains an 8,000 square foot warehouse in Belmar, NJ.

    Sonetronics, Inc. operates its Quality Control System under ASA/ANSI Standards, as well as United States Government DOD Quality Standard MIL-I-45208A, and is ISO 9001; 2008 certified.

    Sonetronics, Inc. is continually expanding its product lines and manufacturing capabilities in order to meet all United States MIL Standards, as well as any special requirements of our customers. This enables Sonetronics, Inc. to optimize the productivity and efficiency of its customers.

    The Farmingdale location is dedicated to the company’s Cable Division and Plastic Molding Facility. The Plastic Molding Facility specializes in custom plastic injection molding for United States Government and commercial use. The plastics division specializes in chemical biological warfare canteens, the special M1 cap, plastic molding, tooling, rubber molding, and assembly operations. The Plastic Molding Facility performs all of its functions utilizing equipment including, but not limited to: two 40-ton horizontal and vertical injection molding machines, a 140-ton computer controlled injection molding machine, a 300-ton injection molding machine, and all necessary auxiliary equipment.

    Sonetronics, Inc.’s revision of the Advanced Combat Vehicle Crewman’s Helmet (ACVCH) in order to meet mounting military needs resulted in the creation of the Enhanced Combat Vehicle Crewman’s Helment (ECVCH). The ECVCH represents the new quality standard in assured helmet protection and communications excellence.

    Quality Control is a vital component of the Sonetronics, Inc. manufacturing process. Product durability must stand against rigorous testing procedures that include simulations of real world environmental conditions, air pressure/altitudes, and field use. All incoming materials, as well as in-process workmanship, are constantly tested and inspected in order to meet scrupulous military specifications.

    Gauges and test equipment are calibrated by qualified personnel. In-house calibration is calibrated to the ISO 10012:2003 International Standard. If we are not equipped to perform the calibration, the task is contracted to accredited calibration suppliers recognized as capable of performing and properly equipped to calibrate standards under controlled conditions.

    Sonetronics, Inc. operates its Quality Control System under ASA/ANSI Standards, as well as United States Government DOD Quality Standard MIL-I-45208A, and is ISO 9001:2008 certified.


    All Sonetronics, Inc. products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the original purchase date if due to manufacturing defects. Returns within the warranty range accompanied by proof of purchase will be repaired or replaced at manufacturer’s cost (including freight). Damages resulting from incidents outside of direct manufacturer’s defects will not be covered.

    In the event that a product is found to be nonconforming, an RMA number is assigned by Quality Control upon notification from the customer. Subsequently, product(s) should be returned to Sonetronics, Inc.

    This warranty is valid for all customers, domestic and international.
